MY BOYFRIEND REFERED ME TO THIS HORRIBLE, THOUGHTLESS... TAX LADY! I GAVE HER ALMOST $600 DOLLARS TO DO MY 2023 & 2024 PERSONAL TAXES! SHE NEVER DID MY 2023 TAXES & KEPT MY MONEY! I HAVE BEEN PATIENT & HERE WE ARE! I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPOND! SHE EITHER IGNORES MY MESSAGES / CALLS OR SENDS ME EXCUSE MESSAGES SHE IS BUSY! I AM HARD-WORKER & SHE TOOK ADVANTAGE! I WILL NEVER EVER REFER PEOPLE TO THIS HORRIFIC LADY! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR!

I filed my taxes with Darlene on April 8th, 2017. To this day, she has not yet submitted my taxes and she is not responding to my texts, calls or emails. i paid her $175 in cash and i am very upset that she is being so irresponsible. she violates so many HIPPA laws, shes unprofessional, and i would not recommend her to ANYONE. she is sketchy, shady and i regret ever going there! worst experienece ever! beware!! the only reason she got 1 star is because 0 wasnt an option
