0 stars for this unlicensed crook that is involved in an intricate fraud/money laundering scam that has been investigated by the IRS, Secret Service, and local police. Savvy criminal, even steals ID from relatives.

I did my taxes over the phone with Jenkins. Jenkins took 1 week (May 5th, 2020- May 12th, 2020) to fully prepare/deliver documents regarding to tax forms. During this time I reach out to Jenkins multiple times to get the documents. After receiving the documents via email Jenkins was not reachable via email or phone. I emailed twice and called over several times after May 12th once I received the documents. Starting June 9th, I cannot reach Ms. Jenkins via email, text or by phone. I also called from different number to try and reach her. I have called June 9th, 2020 until todays date June 23rd, 2020; calling twice per week. Email sent this week and last week June 17th. Nonetheless, she has all my information. I waited the time period listed on the irs.gov website to see if my information would appear in due time since I am a first time filer. However, her text did not match the irs website. Which states if you e-file it would take 3 weeks or 21 days. But Jenkins in our text stated I got approved and things should take only 7-10 days of processing when she sent the email with the documents and text on May 12th. However, I went on the irs.gov website using the "where is my tax refund" and none of my information from the documents/SSN, amount, file date on federal or state website cannot be found/located. If I got "approved." This information should be available to me but it is not! I also text Ms. Jenkins and left voicemails regarding my concerns before I have to file a complaint, misconduct, and fraud on her with the irs and I got no response still. I would absolutely not do business with this woman she has cause me extra issues that could have been avoided. She is also out for money being that she did not tell me the cost to prepare my takes until after she did the work and I had asked her prior to doing my taxes . She said it wouldn't cost much that most people are out for money. Then charged me $500. Now, I will say she helped me with my W-4 too the day before on May 4th, 2020. However, I am now realizing she may have not actually helped me file properly but may have caused more damage. I will be filing all the proper documents with federal and state agencies, a police report for identity theft. If push comes to shove I will sue if any penalties, liabilities etc come back on me because she did fraud unknowingly to me. It also does not help that no agency is open to verify certain information upon Ms. Jenkins or whether she filed and properly due to COVID-19. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just negligent!

0 stars if possible for Euodius Jenkins - worst tax experience I’ve ever had - do not I repeat do not attempt to do business with this person her or her assistant will not return calls what so ever I started my case in March it is now August and no contact this person have all my personal info and will not return calls / A police report has been filed with Stockton PD and complaint with the internal revenue service filed - Beware of this non-professional business in person don’t waste your time!
