Services provided:

I am not a client, rather I was issued a tax schedule document on behalf of her client, which did not make any sense, had incorrect information, incorrect numbers, dates and other specifics. I had already filed my personal taxes and this schedule is supposed to be provided to me by the 15 of March if you are going to issue such a schedule. This was not a valid tax document. There was no contact information enclosed, only a return address on the envelope - I had to go online to find the phone number, business owner, e-mail, etc. - I called and was treated with hostility, and hung up on after preparer stated: "You don't have to act like such a bitch about it." I am having to spend a lot of time dealing with this, as preparer has told me not to contact her further, because I am not her client - even though she is trying to provide me with a false income statement that I am supposed to deal with. I have not had to deal with this type of tax preparation before. I have to contact all sorts of agencies to register this blatant infraction to protect myself, because I don't know what this person is going to file about me: I will probably have to mount some kind of rebuttal. This individual does not appear to have any professionalism, or even an understanding of how to file business taxes. Scary.
