I am absolutely appalled by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced with this office. I scheduled my appointment well in advance—over a week ahead—adjusting my work schedule and even leaving early to accommodate it. Yet, when the time came, I was met with complete silence. Multiple calls and messages went completely ignored, with no response whatsoever. This is not just unprofessional—it is outright disrespectful. What’s even worse is that no one from the office had the basic courtesy to notify me of their so-called emergency. If they were overbooked or unavailable, they should never have confirmed my appointment in the first place! The utter lack of communication and disregard for my time is beyond frustrating. If you value your time and expect even the bare minimum of professionalism, stay far away from this place. This was an absolutely horrible experience, and I will never be coming back. Zero stars if I could!
