I paid Omar Williams $1500 over a year ago to prepare my taxes for 2000,2021,2022,2023 and 2024. All he filed was for 2021 and 2024. So, I decided to go with someone else this year this year. Now I asked him for a refund for the years he did not files my taxes and to give my paperwork. Somehow, he refused to hand over my tax papers and to refund my payments
