I am a homeowner in an HOA where this individual provides bookkeeping/accounting services, and my experience has been very concerning. Over the course of several months, if not longer, I made multiple attempts to obtain clarification regarding my account balance, including emails, phone calls, and text messages, but did not receive timely responses. During this time, late fees continued to be assessed on my account while my requests for clarification remained unresolved. As a homeowner contributing to the HOA, I expect accurate accounting, transparency, and timely communication—especially when there are questions about balances and fees. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I would strongly encourage improved communication practices and clearer accounting transparency moving forward.
