Tatsiana was our tax preparer for 7 years. We where happy with her. Always paid her what she asked. This year in 2025 we got in touch with her to do 2024 tax. At first she was okay. Then whe I asked her things I forgot that I have asked her before. She got angry saying that she already told me. I told her what's the big deal that I asked again because I forgot. That I was hit by a train in 2008 and my short term memory is back. To which she told me rudely that I should then write things down. After that we decided not to bother her to let her cool off not knowing why she was like that. Recently we reached out to her to pay her for all she did for us for 2014 Tax Returns. She said she doesn't want to meet with us and that she didn't do out tax returns. She diidn't give us a professional courtesy by reaching out to us to let us know that if we don't pay her by sertain dealine that she would know do our TAX. We kept calling her to talk to her but she would be hanging up her phone on us. Very rude and unprofessional person.
