Be very careful. I was loyal for years. I was audit a few times. My taxes got pushed back multiple times. I was charged twice for one year. I decided enough was enough and had a new tax preparer. I always asked questions, Brown is a fast talker like a car salesman. He always said things were OK, he blamed my wait on my taxes on the IRS personal for three years. Back to the biggest problem. The new tax preparer looked at the past several years I did taxes with BB. I owe at the moment $10k! Please if you see this do not trust him. Go somewhere else. I had multiple red flags, and all because I tried to stay loyal Even when I moved states I had stayed. Its not worth a couple extra bucks. Do NOT RECOMMEND! PLEASE STAY AWAY
