I've been dealing with Ms. Evans for a few years now and every time she does a great job preparing my tax return papers. Up until this year I have never had a problem. After getting my taxes prepared by her in Feb she refused to give me any of the vital information in reference to me checking the status of my refund. She has been giving me misinformation from day one and refuses to take accountability for the mistakes she made. She maliciously and deliberately forged an inactive account number on my return. My state refund was sent to my bank and sent back to the state because of the inaccuracy in her practice. She refuses to keep an open and consistent line of communication. This has resulted in me filling a police report and pursuing legal action against Ms. Evans in the form of a civil suit. If anyone wishes to do business with this woman I would suggest getting a second opinion and double checking her background along with keeping a record of all engagements in communication with Ms. Evans. This is truly a misrepresentation of Buckeye Tax and Financial which she works for. Please beware of this tax refund scammer.
