PLEASE!! Do not use this woman to do your taxes! She charged me and spent 3 hours on my taxes because she answers every phone call and talks forever! I went on Feb. 15th and my taxes have still not been received at the IRS as of today, March 28th. I asked for my W-2's back and my money and she refused to give them back and screamed at me about her hip needing replaced. I had to have a police officer go to her house with me to retrieve my property, and she still couldn't find them. If you are running a business with money involved you should really have it together. I am also reporting her to the State Licensing Board and Comp Troller. Please do not do your taxes her if you want them done in a timely manner and done right!
