Made errors on our return that cost us tax penalties, had to have us paper file for some reason and provided incorrect addresses to send our tax payments to. He's a nice guy, but I would not trust him with our financial/tax services again. I think he's understaffed and can't provide good enough attention/time to individual clients as a result. I'd recommend you go elsewhere if you'd like to be treated like a valued customer. Once we paid our invoice, we barely heard back from him after he sold us on his accessibility for future questions.
