His professionalism deserves ZERO stars. Frank does NOT provide direct answer to many tax planning questions. My experience with him was he talks a big game about himself and his qualifications, and he charged me a lot, but at the end, I ended up with even less refund than i got by simply using a commonly available tax prep software. which only costed a fraction of the price he charged. When I asked him about details on my form how he came up with certain calculations, his response was mostly generic and offers no real insightful answers. At the end of the day, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. Feeling I didn't get what I had paid for.
