Client Reviews of W. Thomas Baker, EA

Mr. Baker has always been professional. This tax season I dropped off tax documents to be prepared for an elderly friend that has been a client of Tom Bakers for 30+ years. Handed them to Tom, exchanged pleasantries then left. Tax season came and went. Elderly client and I went back to office to find it closed up. We left a note, to please let us know what what going on. One day later received a call from his sister that Tom had been in hospital and was getting better and taxes getting done with letter explaining why late ECT. Long story short. No taxes have been filed, no tax documents returned, no answer at any of the phone numbers. No death notice so what can a person do to get their tax documents back?.
