I went to Felix to have my 2013 taxes prepared. He was friendly and polite. Unfortunately i received a letter from the IRS stating that I owe 2000 dollars. Felix made a mistake on my taxes. I called him and he blamed it on the software he used and did not fully take responsibility or apologize. I was recommended his service by a peer and was left very dissapointed. As a senior tax consultant i expected at least an apology and my money for a service i believed i was paying. Never will I go to this branch or recommend his services.
