This agency is highly questionable. This phone number is also connected to an Anthony or Tony Estrella who is also listed as a tax preparer for this agency, I'm uncertain as to whether these are aliases. "Anthony", has been known to have charged a single mother $700.00 (1400.00) over two years to do a 10 EZ, meaning there were zero itemizations. He did this year's taxes as immediately as possible, Took a portion of it to her home, both years. Charged her 700.00 in the end, each year. This claim has been investigated and has been proven to be so. He has been given until Monday evening to provide a cashier's check for the overcharges along with copies of all of her tax documents, showing how the returns were filed, likely free directly to the IRS. If not he will be reported to the IRS, to the County DA and the Florida AG's office. He states that he's currently out of town and will provide a check on Monday "for her trouble". ANY SINGLE PARENT WHO IS IN NEED OF AN ADVANCE SHOULD NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY AND SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. HE IS TAKING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, LIKELY FROM SINGLE PARENTS WITH LARGER EARNED INCOME CREDITS. BE ADVISED THAT THIS COMPANY HAS HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES.
