If I could give this person a negative 5 star I certainly would with out a doubt. Hey unprofessional. She does not complete the process of tax preparation and lies to her clients and when someone he is to contact her she refuses to answer text messages, calls so she get paid but never follows through with filing the tax documents. I can't imagine how many people she has done that way especially because she claims to help the Latin community. I hope she gets investigated and shut down!
