Anna has done my taxes for the last 2 years. She is very friendly, professional and is able to answer my questions very thoroughly. Her staff is always helpful with scheduling, which is a plus. I recommend Anna to all of my family and friends and everyone loves her.

I went to Anna for my personal tax return and she was Great! She was patient and explained everything to me (good and bad) in regards to my new situation. I'm very happy that I went to her because I don't believe I would have found somebody else that would have taken their time and not charge extra for service.

Atrocious service. Completely irresponsible, unprofessional accountant. Normally, when you hire an accountant, they are supposed to deal with any discrepancies filed on your behalf, and this woman and her company do not stand behind their promises and responsibilities. She acts in a completely unethical manner. The IRS has been contacting us because the filing she made, which was to result in a refund is actually now an amount owed to the IRS from us. We have tried repeatedly to get in contact with her, and she has been dodging our phone calls and hiding behind her assistant. We are now at a loss for what to do, since the IRS said that we must speak to the accountant because something was done wrong, but we have not received a call back nor an answer from her. Recommendation from the heart: STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!
