Don't use this CPA if you want the bare minimum done after paying $3,025 per year for: Joint tax return, Corporate tax return, payroll taxes, my mother's tax return. Also VERY short and rude if you need to ask any questions. Her excuse was she has deadlines and didn't have time for my questions!! I asked for an apology she never issued one, I'm a paying customer and her attitude shouldn't spill over onto her clients. After all taxes were filed and I had a HUGE tax obligation to pay, I paid the IRS in FULL and then received a letter from IRS that I never paid even after the IRS deposited the check! In a panic I contacted Robin for help with resolving the issue and she refused to help me because she "gave me a discount" Do yourself a favor and if you want a CPA that will help when you run into a issue and treat you with respect. FIND ANOTHER CPA!
