IRS said I owed more on my submitted taxes this year and I wanted to know why. Jeff hasn't responded to voicemails or emails in over 5 months. Just blew me off. I've never seen such unprofessionalism and zero customer service. He just doesn't care. He had health issues in the past and I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but he shouldn't be in business. Do not use this company. You will be highly disappointed.

I submitted my tax return papers on February 15 2021 to Jeff Martin. After waiting more than two and half months, I try to reach him out to give me a date for a final tax return date. 10 days left to May 17 th, he returned my documents undone. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for his tax return service. By the way, my final conversation I had to give him an ultimatum that if he can not give me a date for finishing my tax, I will go to someone else. His response: go to someone else.
