Very dissatisfied with his service. I haven't paid the IRS in years, always receiving a return. After going to Harry, I owed $2700. I asked him not to submit the return (I planned to have someone else review them). Turns out, he failed to submit all my donations/Contributions and used a different form instead of the itemized deduction form my prior tax preparer used for years. I filed late because I always receive a return. I came in the office to pick up my taxes & pay only to be told I had to pay in cash. I've never had that experience before. Who doesn't take debit/credit? In addition, Mr. Flanagan, filed my taxes against my wishes. The IRS has now notified me for payment costing me penalties & fees. I will NEVER USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN!.
