If I can give a “Zero” star, I will. Poor services, she was my accountant who does my book keeping of business for me, payroll and also was my tax person for 2 years, which I have paid her in full. I have learned later on that she was not doing her job and had never reconciled my book keeping account since I started business. I asked her how do she come up with my net profit and loss for my business and why will she filed my tax for two years if she knows they are not correct?. Trusting a professional and paying her in full to take care of my business book keeping, do payroll and filed my tax correctly, my business is now suffering due to her unprofessional work. My business does not make what she filed in tax. I made way less.
