Miami FL Tax Preparer Tamika L. Frederick Is the most scheming woman I know. She was referred to me through someone I thought I can trust who spoke highly about her. After filing my taxes which was February 12th 2021. Tamika Frederick told me that it'll take a couple of weeks. So I know e-file because I have done it in Prior years that I file taxes but now one time I have several times that I asked okay where are the documents that I'm supposed to sign? Long story short Tamika Frederick received my income taxes in her own account and it was supposed to go into my account. She also lied never gave me an exact refund amount I asked over and over called multiple times and nothing. This woman owes me $5,920. And this is for the following year 2020. I did not receive any type of anything from her from what I'm seeing she needs to be put in jail. Cuz that is just ridiculous I still haven't received my income taxes for the year 2020. That means you forge my signature I have no idea under knowledge of what she put on my paperwork she gave me blurry pictures and lied and said she was audited which was a lie. I would like that that she never gave me the correct amount said I was supposed to get back I got this back through calls and calls to the internal revenue and Tamika Frederick will not be able to go any longer because I still have not received my taxes she put him into her one of her accounts now granted the IRSC set my income tax came on the 18th a February of last year I filed on the 12th a February of last year. She continue to lie because I didn't know this at the time and said no she's not hearing anything back they're running slow but she already had the money. Do Not Use this tax preparer, she commits fraudulent activity and blames her “supervisor”. A supervisor which is unreachable apparently. I’ve asked for her supervisor information several times, but to no avail. I called Tamika numerous times requesting a refund status check, and she would reply with “it’s still processing,” even after I confirmed with the IRS that my refund was already distributed. Also, no one answers the business number listed online nor does anyone seem to ever be at the “office location”(as I’ve went by multiple times and days). My refund was deposited into Civista Bank(Tax Paradise bank account), then placed on a Walmart gift card, which I did NOT authorize!! And it magically disappeared, with no explanation other than her “supervisor” is responsible. According to Tamika, she(her supervisor) has done this to several of her clients. However, I find it quite suspicious that I had to practically beg (requested more than 3x’s, on several different occasions) Tamika for my tax transcripts. When she finally sent it(days later)... it slightly differed the information she gave me verbally. Which prevented me from creating an account with the IRS online to view and keep track of my own refund status. To add even more suspicious activity, she was eager to advice me to file a “fraud claim” with the IRS( typical behave of a person that scams) as oppose to offering me a resolution from within the office. When technically it’s not considered fraud as I entrusted her with my tax return, and my identity was NOT stolen... only My Refund check.
