He should get ZERO if the system allow. Tariq Khan is cheater and lier. As a well educated gentlemen living in Bay area with professional job. I know him because I have one investment property next to him home at Stockton. He lie to me to get property manager position even he did not qualify. He also claim he is lawyer and have good connection to every famous person including US president. During he become my property manager in 2014, he stolen my collected rent for about $10K using faked receipts and drama stories. He even suggest me not report tax and using faked tax receipt. It is unacceptable from law and IRS. I finally decided to send him to the court. BTW, he has very bad court history, you can check it from publish court database. Other local neighbor also claim he even do not want to avoid payment after repair his car. If you cherish your personal information and business credit, keep distance from him.
