This is a family run business that did not take care of my family. My husband and I filed our family's return in February and still have nothing. Pamela was given a letter in March regarding our case and she did no follow up and would not respond to multiple attempts at trying to contact her via phone and email. This neglect resulted in late taxes and penalties which could have all been avoided had she simply responded. Ken admitted her mishandling and was helpful at first, then became disrespectful and combative when more fees came in due to the neglect of his office. He and his daughter have taken no accountability for the mishandling of our case but are happy to keep our money and "close our case" along with referring us to another accountant. We are out a large tax return due to misinformation and unprofessionalism. Avoid all contact with this business.
