I was given a referral by a guy at work. Not go to H&R block they charge way to much. He said go to Wilsons Tax service. So I did and was I thank full she did my wife and i's federal state city and school taxes. I'm no accountant but after a half hour she was done and she figured more money for us to get back a win win for both us. Try her Jeff Knapp sent you you'll be glad you did!!

Tammy has done my taxes for years with no problems. I liked her a lot, but this past year she did me wrong. I had an appointment with her on February 3 she started filling them out but sent me away because I had to add up my mileage. So I did and returned on February 5. I sat in her office for an hour only to find out that she was having problems with her self employment Software. Tammy told me she would complete them as soon as her software was working and she would call so I could come back to sign. So I left without getting them filed again. Tammy never called she had surgery on Friday and got behind. Monday February 10 I called to see if she got them completed her employee told me she was working on it to just be patient. I was as patient as I could be but I needed them completed so I called two- three times a week to find out what was going on. Each time her employees would tell me that she was working on them. Then on February 27 I called again this time I finally got to speak to Tammy and she told me her software was and has been giving her problems. I don’t know who lied to me Tammy or her employees but I wish they would of been Honest with me. If her system was really down she should of told me earlier in the month. I would of took my taxes somewhere else. Instead I thought she was working on them. Since she couldn’t give me a date when they would be completed. My boyfriend went to get my paper work so I could take it elsewhere and Tammy got rude with him. Now I’m at the beginning of March trying to find someone else to File them for me. Thanks a lot for wasting 4 weeks of my time.

This was a very helpful business. Everyone was very kind and answered all of our questions. The people are very friendly. Tammie was very professional and filled out our taxes and showed us which way was better for us to file and brought us back the best return. I recommend this company to everyone.
