I was with Durette for years, this year i needed a little extra help with questions regarding my taxes. I found her to be less than timely getting back with me on things that were important to me. She took weeks to get around to me and then i still didn’t have answers from her regarding my situation at hand. I felt really let down by her knowing i had been her client for a long time. I never asked anything extra from her as far as advice, the one time i do she failed me. I will be finding someone who cares for me and will help me out for future tax preparations.

Durette has been doing my taxes for over 10 years and is dependable, fast and no issues. Went on this site to find her phone number and came across that other review. Had to tell another side of a happy customer.

Durette Hauser overcharges clients. She charged her dieing father $520 for his final tax return. She was unable to get to work because she is morbidly obese. So she had her workers bring the taxes and work to her private home. She charged each of her clients for the travel time to and from her private home.
