Highly DISSATISFIED! The tax professional had LIED to my Husband an I about the situation with our Taxes, I called an spoke with Penny she was Very Rude an Very disrespectful, an we paid for the piece of mind an NOT once have they helped us with that, we filed 2/16/18 here we are now 9/18/18 An we have yet to recieve our Taxes. I do not Reccomend this Person to do your Taxes, because you'll probably deal with what we are going thru. If i could only give a quarter of a star for a rating I would have. Unbelievable with how the treat people, an how she acts so much more above you.
