Client Reviews of James E. Billingsley, EA

After numerous attempts to contact Mr. Billingsley re: an urgent matter, I have decided that I will no longer have my taxes completed by H and R Block. In my opinion, something as important as tax related questions should be handled by the tax preparer, not by someone else. There should be a forwarding number to reach this individual. Furthermore, I have already sent a check to the irs, and have the checking statement to prove it; and have been harassed by being sent a second letter threatening to take my property etc. I have also make numerous attempt to reach the irs using the given numbers on the letter I received, to no avail. The wait times are very long 1 hour only to be transferred to another dept. This is unacceptable. I am a small business owner and a nurse, and I would never treat people like just a number.
