Mr Dulin has been preparing my return for about 5 years now. I was going to an accountant and i received a letter from the IRS. The accountant told me just to pay it. I found Mr Dulin who took the time to amend muy return for that year and instead of owing 4326.00 I owed 46.00. What a difference. I will not go to anyone else
