Before you do business with this man please read about what kind of person he is... My wife and I just had a baby and Bill Holtzman's gift to us is a lawsuit. We own the house next door to Bill's in Philadelphia. Bill's claim is that we planted a tree in the front of our house within the past three years that's roots are affecting his drainage. The tree is about 30 years old. Bill chose this time knowing we are putting our house up for sale and that bringing a lawsuit would show in a title search of the property. He is suing us for $12,000 when his cost of repairs are more of the vicinity of $3,000 of should be covered by his insurance company. As many of you are likely aware having a child puts substantial financial burdens on a family... diapers, daycare, food, clothing, furniture, house proofing the list goes on and on. Im notifying you of this because I don't necessarily believe Bill is a bad person. I do believe that some people in our lives can use a bit of social pressure in taking the right course of action. Please help...
