BUYER BEWARE!!!! One of the worst experiences I've had in a very long time. This guy is in way over his head and his staff is just flat out rude. After waiting two months to get an appointment to go over my taxes with Kevin as an existing customer, he seemed to fit me in between two other clients and gave me all of about five minutes to ask him everything I needed to ask. I emailed him and told him that Quickbooks wasn't producing accurate numbers and even sent him screenshots showing him. He ignored my email. I had also told him this during our five minute meeting and told him that my bank statements (which I totaled for him) had the accurate numbers and to go by them. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard anything from him so I called and again asked if they could give me an estimate of what they thought I would owe so I could send something to the IRS. He then sends me an email asking if he was just going off of the Quickbooks figures. I responded back and told him no, and reminded him that I told him already not to trust Quickbooks and to go off the bank statements and figures I totaled for him. He comes back and tells me that I didn't need to be condescending about it and that he was going to make an executive decision and end our relationship. I was starting to get the impression he was just a glamified H&R Block but three times the price, so I agreed and told him I would come by and pick up my stuff. I drive all the way over to his office and am told that they mailed it. A week later I still hadn't received anything so I called the office to ask what address they sent it to. They tell me they sent it to an address I hadn't lived at for nine months even though the receptionist confirmed I had given them the new address at some point because she read it back to me. I also reminded them that my new address was at the top of each and every one of the documents they were supposed to be sending back to me. I express my frustration because these were all of my original tax documents I needed to do my taxes and now they were lost in the mail. She infers that it's someone my fault and that I should have given them the correct address. I remind her that I specifically told them that I would come by and pick up my stuff and wasn't even aware they were mailing them. The woman on the phone (Becky) tells me I'm now being rude and hangs up on me. I call back to at least find out if they were in fact going to send me the 11 documents she said they had scanned into their system as they promised at the beginning of the phone call and she wouldn't take my call. So now I'm sitting here a month after my taxes were due with no documents what so ever to take and find a new accountant to start from scratch with. This is a nightmare and they just don't care. They don't care about their reputation and they don't care about flat out just being rude. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these people. I have another friend that was referred to them at the same time I was and they screwed him over too.
