I have been doing my taxes with Deb for years now. She has always been very professional and kind and she is very educated and experienced in what she does. Everyone who I have referred over to her have been very happy with her work. She is patient, organized and trustworthy. She cares about her clients on a personal level. I would not go anywhere else for my taxes.

Deb Ostrem is the best! Very reasonable rates, evening and weekend appointments. I've used her for several yeas and she has saved me hundreds of dollars in tax preparation fees.

I am a believer in giving back to our local business owners so when I found Deb, I immediately picked up the phone. She appeared to be courteous and professional during our brief phone conversation so I was happy to give her services a try. After meeting her in her home where she conducts the tax filings, I was very uncomfortable as she had a very cluttered work table in her living room where I sat with other client information within my view. Based on my HR experience with multi level departments, I should have walked out when I saw other clients files sitting out in the open on this table. It was my fault for letting her proceed as my file may have laid there for the next client to see. I followed up with her about a month or so later to ask a few questions about a payment voucher and how it works. She was very rude and belittling the way she spoke to me and was not very knowledgable with the form she printed and gave to me. She continued to make me feel uneducated and spoke to me on a grade school level while continuing to ask me if I was able to read lines XYZ. This was very unprofessional and the reason I had her file my taxes is because she is the educator and this is her field of knowledge. Never have I felt so uncomfortable with a "Professional." I just hope my private information is under lock and key and not on the table set up in her living room. I am big with reviews and referrals and share my experiences as I believe this is how we educate our fellow community and support our local business's. I hope this will help others.
