I went to Ana to do my taxes and this lady didn't do a thing. the area is disgusting with a small waiting area. Long wait times are normal here and she chooses who to attend despite of order. I highly recommended that you just do your own taxes on turbotax.cm since thats what they use anyway.

Ana is very knowledgeable and is always looking for ways to better service the community. I've used her services for three years.
