Not happy with the service provided, and John responded with threats, hostility, and insults via email. It was the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever witnessed. The customer service was shameless, sad, and pathetic. It’s clear he has a 1 star rating from other clients for a reason. I strongly advise going with someone else, who can at-least conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Services provided:

We have been doing our taxes with him for 3 yrs now and this year was the last. He does not return phone calls on time nor respond to emails on time. We have several phone numbers for him and can never get a return call. He incorrectly typed up my W2s for 2013 and incorrectly filed our business return. This is now affecting our purchase of a property and refinance of our home. Last year he was super late and took FOREVER in preparing our returns. We gave him a second chance since he now opened up an office. However, we should have went to someone else for the 2013 tax season. I do not recommend him.

Very disappointing service!!! I have been going to John for more than 5 years and past 2 years i got my taxes done wrong. I received my notice that i have to pay fee for not filling up my business on time. This is the second year that i will have to pay for it. When i brought my taxes for '13 in February of '14 he said he will do extension for my business because he has a lot to do. After hundred calls and his wife telling me he’s not done or call back next week, he finished my business and personal taxes one week after April deadline for personal taxes. His voice mail box is always full, probably because everyone is calling him with the same issue. In June i got my letter saying that i need to pay fee because i forgot to file the taxes on time. I went back to him and he said that he will take care of it because the government is always looking for extra money. It didn't make sense to me; because he told me before that he did file for extension for my business. If he really did that there would not be a problem. I left him the mail and he said he will mail a paper, and that i do not have to worry about it. After a month i received another notice and this time $390 fee to be paid. I am so mad at him because he took $200+ for filling my business taxes and now $390 fee. I went to his business location and during the open hours he’s not there... This is the second year this is happening to me and i will not let go of it easy. I contacted my friends who also do their taxes and they are all tired of constant calling and him not having it ready or no one picking up the phone. Two of my friends have similar issue like mine. You should be aware of this guy.
