I’ve been going to Dan for over 18 years to do my taxes. I never received a discount for being a long term customer, ever. That was excusable, however this past summer I received notice from the IRS that he made a $1067 mistake on my tax returns from 2015!!! When I contacted him about it, he was extremely rude and refused to back me up or help pay it!! He told me to just not pay it if I couldn’t and they can take it from my 2017 returns!!! Which I don’t have $1000 laying around. Well that’s not true, they are now threatening to seize my home if I don’t pay it within the next 21 days! Oh and now it’s up to 1103.94!!! If you want to feel secure in someone doing your taxes, do not go to him!!! He doesn’t back up his long term customers, nor the mistakes HE makes!
