E-Filed in February. Still haven’t received my federal tax return 6/19. Dennis doesn’t return phone calls. I got ahold of a secretary once and she took down my info, also never got a call back. Gave him all the info and somehow the form 843 was submitted without w2’s and to the wrong department. Had to resubmit it myself to the correct department and still haven’t received my return. All after paying for this tax preparation service. I’ve been giving him business for years and am extremely disappointed in how I am being ignored.
