Very unprofessional! Do not recommend! She did not let me ask related questions! Acted as it was not my business. 2. She did not try to make sure all numbers were correct, she did not want to understand my legal state. 3. She did not want to see if I have correctly provided all required information as I had told her I was a foreigner and that was my first time reporting to the IRS and I did not know anything. 4. She did not care If there was any INCOME to pay income tax for. She calculated every penny that came into my account and which was way below the lowest minimum for my family and we had nothing left in our account. When I went to a CPA they assured me she had messed everything up. According to to the law, I did not have to pay anything as income tax, but she had said I had to pay $4000. 5. Plus she insisted that I had to pay insurance penalty of $600+ although I am not a citizen of the United States but a temporary worker. 6.I called her prior to my visit we agreed on her service price. She charged me more than we agreed. 7. Larissa THREATENED me and my family when I asked for a full refund due to her unprofessional calculations. She did it by texting me. She is an awful tax preparer. Never ever even talk to her!
