On March 17, 2018 had our taxes prepared by Linda A. Tellez. She asked us to verify our personal information on the tax forms and SSN, names, address and all looked fine. However, the hardcopies she provided were incorrect. Rather than indicating SSN in our tax forms she typed our cell phone numbers, misspelled spouse's name. We requested revised copies and she never provided. Worse yet, she did not filed our taxes with the IRS or Arizona Dept of Revenue. If she did filed, these may have been rejected due to incorrect SSN. We called her and she gave one excuse after another. I called the IRS and Arizona Revenue and confirmed the worst case scenario on June 15, 2018, my taxes were never filed and I now face late filing penalties and have to pay again to have someone else redo my taxes.

She is the worst tax preparer I have ever gone to and her husband is just as bad. Just very ugly and a rude man.

Unbelievable! Beware!!!!! This lady can't get simple information correct. I've been waiting 6 weeks for my return and when asked if the IRS accepted our tax return all I got was lies! I was told to figure it out myself. Ummmmm that's why I pay to get my taxes done. Multiple people have the same waiting taxes rejected. Same yourself the anguish and headace. Don't go to her!

Great job for over 5 years we have been going to her

Last August I gave Linda Tellez all my tax returns and supporting documentation for 2011, 2012, and 2013 so she could file amended returns on my behalf. She took a small deposit for her services and said I could pay her when my refunds were paid to me. Today 1/21/15 I called once again to find out what the status of my returns was and was told by her husband to lose the number and never call again. Further, he called me a liar, a deadbeat, and yelled at me then hung up on me! Don't trust Linda Tellez. She knew I was in a tough situation and has proven herself to be untrustworthy and her husband was VERY disrespectful to me. She has all my tax returns and documentation and her husband said I'll get them back when I pay her, but we are at an impasse because I was counting on my refund to pay her and supplement my income.
