I was given Lee's name from my family who told me she still did a few select clients returns and to call her to see if she could help us. My husband and I were swimming in financial disaster with the IRS after my last CPA left us owing over $100K to the IRS. I found Lee in the Spring of 2016 and she has worked so hard. She personally came to our business, met my husband and myself again, met our crew and my daughter; she spent the day with me going over records, getting copies of returns, signing power of attorneys, notarizing contracts and taking pictures of equipment and articles of value, we visited the office supply where she set up my files, sold me LegalShield protection that also helps me with me corporate minutes and meetings, we did bookkeeping, taxes, payroll, legal documents and so much more that I can't imagine another accountant ever driving out of town to visit their clients like she did. We signed legal agreements between my business and her business as the respective owners agreeing to certain tangible qualities. Lee was so professional, yet so nice and has such a funny sweet spirit about her. It was almost to much fun to have been handling business. Lee took care of an immediate audit concern I had within 2 hours of calling her. Her knowledge was above what I expected and I wouldn't hesitate to call her again. Thanks for your assistance and I look forward to working with you should I ever need tax and audit prep services again.

Lee Laudermilk was a nightmare as far as we were concerned. Her office is her house in the kitchen at a small cluttered table that you have to squeeze into. While you her meeting, her dogs bark and scratch at the kitchen door the entire time while she yells at them at the top of her lungs! Needless to say, she is very unprofessional, has no organization, and I was surprised at what little she knew about tax matters. She will charge by the hour, but she does not give you an account of those hours. She just says I spent 3 hours on-line trying to get in touch with the IRS (really?), or certain activities that you can't prove. Then she has little or nothing to show for her work, but she wants $650.00 for it. When you look over her work at completion, it is not even complete.....things are left out that you wanted included, and her answer to it is, "You don't need it". She is just a bad tax preparer...that is all I can say. I will never use her again. She is dishonest. She doesn't care, and doesn't do a good job. She is lazy, and wants you to do all the work. She over charges you. She lies. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. Don't use her....you'll be sorry. Go to someone who at least has an office and a good reputation.
