I called today (3/27/2017, 3pm) to schedule app for tax preparation. The Lady answered politely and asked how they can help me. I explained. She replied "I can't hear you". I suggested to call her once again from other location in case if mobile phone reception was bad. She politely agreed for my second call (so, she did hear me!). During my second call I started from the question: "Can you hear me well?" The lady answered " No, I can't hear you" (apparently, she heard my question well?). My recently bought new Apple 6S blasted voice like a bison, so I would rule out bad reception. Maybe lady just didn't like my accent? Or maybe agency was overwhelmed with clients?
