I am very disappointed with H and R Block this year. I call the emarld card services line and it says there is a problem with my return. I call Jennifer and she says that there is no problem that there is a problem with their efile system and do not know hwen it is expected to be fixed. I call the corporate office and they tell me that my return was acceoted the two days later rejected. I ask them what i should do and offer to give the number to the district manager and when I get transferred they wont give me the i nformation. The corporate office also told me to get up with my prepare well i call and leave messages that are never returned. I try to call again and all I get is the answreing machine telling me the office hours which by the way are 9a to 9p and I have been calling since 915 am and it is now 1130 am and all I get is the machine. this is terrible customer service. I pay them to do a job I feel that they have left in incomplete therefore I demand a refund., This will be the last year that I use them and have used them for the last 20 years . This is a sad way to run a business
