Ms. Brooks is very kind and professional. Last year was the first time I had to file my own taxes, so she made sure to go over everything with me and make sure I understood what exactly would happen after everything was submitted. She also explained all the options I have and suggested which is the best route that would big chains would do that since they just want to get the money and benefit me the most. This was great because I dont think most of the yes you to death. Glad I went to her last year. I will be a returning to her this year. I def recommend her!
