If I could rate this experience a 0/10, I would. But I have to choose at least a "1" to write this review. My family and I filed our taxes with Donovon Branford for the 2024 year. Upon further review, we noticed that Donovon Branford put HIS personal bank account information as the primary account to which our tax refund will be deposited. He is receiving ALL of our tax refund and is not answering the phone when we call. Donovon Branford is a SCAMMER and a THIEF. I do NOT recommend his services to anyone. More and more people need to file reports AGAINST him.

Donovan Branford/Elite Suite LLC offered two of my clients corporate credit services. When we initially started this journey back at the beginning in June 2020 Donovan stated the process would take 30-45 days, as we got closer to the 45 day mark he changed the timeframe to 30-45 business days. We patiently waited until the time passed and still no services were provided. We reached out to him on several times and he kept giving us a run around and saying end of week or next week. Approximately 3 weeks ago my clients requested a full refund, and he stopped responding to calls, emails, and text messages. He has completely ceased all communication with us. We are requesting a full refund for services not rendered.
