Not even one star is deserved to this Accountant, he worked our accounting records for the company for a couple of years, since the flat rate he charged us was higher, we decided to change accountant to another bigger firm and with cheaper rate services, he got so mad that he actually didn´t give us the quikbooks files, he just sent these in excell and printed, but he rejected to send the quikbook files which my new accountant needed to make the Tax Return without charging me again, I then requested the files in person and what he did was to yell and shout, also he had a extremely bad attitude and grabbed agressively from my arm, leaving bruces, after trying to get the files without success. I finally have decided to leave this since it was not the amount of money I had to pay my new accountant to do it, It was the miserable ending for this unprofessional Jay Vitarelli.
