found out today that someone filled mass state tax with my ssn also found out that Mr. Turgeon's office new this 2WEEKS AGO when my return was refused never contacted me found out when I called the dor questioning why my refund was taking so long in this day and age when identity theft is such a concern this is not just poor customer service it is simply reckless the reason you use a CPA is because you feel that there will be a certain degree of professionalism but not in this case. Now I don't feel he created my problem in any way but definitely did not deal with it professionally not by any stretch of the imagination.
