Mr. Floyd and his staff have been taking care of our taxes for the last 4 years, we cannot say it enough how happy we are with their services!

Services provided:

I have been dealing with Mr. Roberts for ten years. I have not once had a problem with his services. I think his rates are fair and a little cheaper than others . So with that being said I would recommend his services to my family and friends. He is professional and he listened to my concerns.

awful taxed tha costed me 4000 by IRS, THE GUY IS CLEAR STUPID AND AND MAKES EASY MISTAKES

I tried their services because I have family who use them. But they wer completely unprofessional. I did not mind the small office, the secretary who keeps calling me different names, and the accountant who keeps mistaking me for another client. I had a problem with my taxes and they forgot to inform me for 3 weeks that there was something amiss. Every customer has the right to know this information so they can take steps to correct the situation immediately. But I never received feedback until I called. And when I called, the secretary kept trying to brush me off. Stating " you should have called the IRS that is the next step, you should have gone to IRS.gov to check WHERE'S MY REFUND." Then I come to find out when I press her for more information that my taxes did not go through. This place charges you $55.00 for awful customer service. They don't know your name, they try yo get you as fast as they can and they brush you off to get you out of their hairs.
