Client Reviews of Rebecca Robles, RTRP

Finally got in touch with Ms. Robles and she was as unhelpful as possible. She called me from a blocked number. Left me a message saying to call her back. And when I called her office, she said to disregard her call because she couldn't remember why she called me and refused to do any investigation to try and remind herself. I don't understand how someone in a position of power can treat people this way.

If I can give 1 star I would. They do not care about your time here and they’ll take clients that walked in after you. I read another review that said the person waited 2 hours after their appointment time and this is 100% true. Came here with my daughter for taxes and we waited almost 3 hours. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT

Very poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment with Rebeca at 10:00 left work drove about half hour on my break, got to their office at 9:55 to find the office full of customers. When I asked if these people were there to see Rebeca they replied yes they have been waiting since nine o'clock, Rebecca was late and just walked in. I had no other choice but to leave I lost time from work, and they just acted like it was no big deal that they wasted my time. I will never do business with them.
