This woman is a fraud. She "prepared" my taxes in a long and exhausting three-hour session, but neglected to actually file them. I only found out when the IRS contacted me and I was in trouble. I called, emailed and even wrote her a letter, but she completely disappeared and never got back to me with an explanation or gave me a refund. I had to deal with the IRS and go to a real tax preparer. Avoid this scammer at all costs.

This office not conduct proper business practices and I'm in the process of taking Robin to small claims court. I came to her with a 2013 filing and 2012 re-file. She e-filed '13 in person getting me a significant refund and kept the '12 documents to complete post-tax season. Neither '13 nor '12 returns came which launched a YEAR of unanswered emails and phone calls (neither she nor her assistant ever pick up the phone or return calls) to get information on the returns and retrieve '12 originals. I was finally able to learn from the CA taxpayer advocacy group that her '13 filing had been REJECTED 5 TIMES for reasons I could not ascertain, and '12 never re-filed. It was only when using the word 'lawyer' in the 8th email to her that she finally responded a year later with a barely legible email subject line saying she did not have my documents (no response to the filing rejection).
