If it were possible to get 0 or negative stars I would. I saw James Wilson on September 27th to do my taxes on one flip and one rental before the October 17th deadline this year. We went over everything I needed to give him to do the taxes and he assured me that "I didn't have much going on so it was very easy to do my taxes" We agreed meeting a week later on the 4th of October. He choose this date saying "We should gather the final numbers early(October 4th) so we are nowhere near the deadline which means that we won't have any problems at all." I met with him as agreed on October 4th and gave him every number he needed for the rental and the flip.We shook hands and I was told they would be calling me so I can come in and sign, pay, etc. October 11th came and still no word so I talked to their rude receptionist. I asked her when i could expect to come down and sign. She told me she didn't know , nor would she know till they were done "and" if I didn't like they could just not do them. Wow, beyond rude. I said of course not, I need my taxes done. She said if anything they would be done on the deadline date(October 17th). I get a call from James Wilson on Thursday the 13th of October at 4pm. He tells me oh well, I'm sorry but I don't have time to do your taxes. This is on a Thursday at end of business day he tells me this. He left me one business day to find another person to do my taxes by Monday the deadline. I asked him repeatedly why and he gave no valid response. I also asked if he could do it a little late and I would just pay the fee for being late. He also just refused. The person led me on saying my taxes were so easy, no problem at all and left me out to dry. I Cannot even begin to explain to you how unethical this person is. I am going to look and see if there are any ethic committees with CPA's. Not only did James Wilson cost me money(I had to get an accountant in a day, cost a ton more) but he did it almost jokingly. RUN from this place. Do not ever entrust yourself with this piece of garbage.
