Kiana child's did my taxes but did not follow instructions i charged $400 for one tax form to be file she did not have my refund sent to my bank like instructed when IRS told me to touch base with Mrs child's i did she got disrespectful saying she did not care and hung up on me she did not send me duplicate email or copy of filing forms of what she did so i feel like she scammed me child is unprofessional she is not considered a leader nor entrepreneur because entrepreneurs dont mess over there community and i will be taking legal actions against child's solution you have to understand im not the only person that feels this way about her tax organization on the BBB website she has an F for failure to not respond to her clients she has bad comments on her google page including from me and i feel that Mrs child need to stop trying to get over on people and her attitude needs to be adjusted immediately. i been dealing with the public for 15 in this state and in Illinois working and not once have i let anyone bring me out of my square and when someone tell me i made an error i check it out and if they are right i fix mistake instead of being rude and disrespectful child's did not do that

Services provided:

Double stated business expenses on our taxes, this was brought to our attention during an audit by the IRS. The information was sent multiple times to her without response. We then were given the cost for her to review/fix any issues. I had an EA review the taxes and ended up paying the IRS back what they stated was over credited. She did not stand behind her work or correct the filing or cover the expense that it caused us. Misrepresents herself as an Enrolled Agent (EA), according to the IRS department of Enrolled Agent Policy and Management they have no record of a Kiana Childs.

Services provided:

Ms. Childs has no customer service skills. Ms. Childs should be called a ghost or phantom. She is the best person that I know who avoids her clients and believes that it is ok. Buyer beware, please consider carefully before using this service. Don't get excited about larger refunds because it will be July before you get your return back.
